Description Senior Software Engineer (On-Site) Location: Boca Raton, FL Robert Half is looking for an experienced senior software engineer to join a growing team in Boca Raton. This role is ideal for a full-stack engineer with a strong background in greenfield application development and experience building SaaS solutions from the ground up. Candidates with expertise in Wisej.NET will be given priority consideration. Key Responsibilities + Lead the development and deployment of greenfield applications. + Design and build scalable SaaS solutions with a focus on performance and reliability. + Work across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, and database development. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. + Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. + Maintain best practices for code quality, security, and automation. + Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews. + Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. + Contribute to system architecture and product strategy. Requirements Qualifications + 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience. + Proven experience with greenfield application development (building from scratch). + Expertise in C#, .NET Core, Visual Studio, and source control management. + Experience developing SaaS platforms and cloud-based applications. + Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. + Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). + Wisej.NET experience is a huge plus. + Experience with Cassandra DB is a plus. + Knowledge of agile and iterative development methodologies. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
