Job Title: Sr Site Specialist

How will you make an impact?
•    Leverage communication skillset to support team members and key clients
•    Drive excellence through clear communication, scientific teamwork, service scope expansion, SLA adherence, development of business metrics, and team management
•    Champion innovation and practical process improvement in the program

Responsibilities
•    Maintain areas in high state of inspection readiness including laboratory housekeeping and compliance.
•    Maintains records and follow regulatory requirements applying current Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
•    Follows established safety and environmental guidelines and procedures for all duties.
•    Identify and support implementation of continuous improvement projects.
•    Align with company vision and mission of cross training and support different areas of service as require base on business needs and as assigned by Supervisor.
•    Stockroom / POU management, dispensing of product, and follow direction / coordination of affiliated stockroom activities.  
•    Perform on-site program replenishment's and disbursements.   
•    Perform stockroom duties to include receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions according to customer requirements.  
•    Remove cardboard and trash as needed (detrashing).  
•    Deliver direct shipment orders to end users. 
•    Sourcing/Order Management:  
•    Perform order entry, order expediting, customer service call resolution, return goods authorization, processing of backorders. 

How will you get here?
•    High School Diploma or GED required
•    Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
•    Expert on GMP environment preferred
•    Inventory Management knowledge 
•    Proven excellence in developing customer relationships
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
•    Focus on laboratory safety and GXP compliance
•    Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; including experience writing procedures and presentation skills
•    Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task
•    Proficiency in MS Office (with heightened proficiency in Excel) and experience using other computer software programs
•    Strong customer service
