As a Senior Sales\nRepresentative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving\nrevenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives for our Industrial\nAutomation (IA) business unit in Germany. Your responsibilities will include\ndeveloping and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer\nrelationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your\nexpertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the\ncompany's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and\nmarket leadership.
In this role, you will impact the success of our IA business unit in Germany by\ndriving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing\nstrategic insights to senior management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• \nDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet\nor exceed sales quotas
• \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers,\nunderstanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer\nonboarding, order processing, and support
• \nAnalyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business\nopportunities and drive continuous improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
• \nMinimum of 6 years of experience in sales
• \nProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue\ngrowth
• \nStrong leadership and team management skills
• \nExcellent communication and negotiation abilities
• \nAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and\ninternal stakeholders
