Sr Sales Ops Manager
As a Building Automation Sales Excellence Lead - FIRE/BMS here at Honeywell, you will be a strategic leader driving transformative initiatives to optimize our sales operations and elevate our overall sales strategy in the Building Automation - FIRE/BMS domain. Leading a team of dedicated professionals, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing best practices, fostering innovation, and ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency within the Building Automation - FIRE/BMS organization. You will report directly to our Director Sales Excellence - Greg Cylka and you will work on a Remote work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our sales operations in the Building Automation - FIRE/BMS domain. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales performance and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities. Your leadership and guidance will ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, and you will monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Managing and optimizing sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics, will be a key part of your role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and drive the Sales Excellence strategy and initiatives to achieve business objectives in the Building Automation - FIRE/BMS domain • Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales performance and efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives • Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement • Manage and optimize sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics YOU MUST HAVE • 7+ years of transferrable experience • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving sales excellence • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Strong leadership and motivational skills • Experience in managing and optimizing sales operations WE VALUE • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field • MBA or advanced degree preferred • Proven track record of driving sales excellence and achieving business objectives • Strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams • Passion for continuous learning and professional development Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
