The person in this position will create a superior seller experience that allows our sellers to deliver an outstanding buying experience to our customers and prospects. This position works closely with our global sales leaders, enablement stakeholders, marketing, product marketing, and IT teams to ensure that we set the right vision, supported by a strategy for our teams to help our customers solve key business problems and issues leveraging our deep sales technology stack. This role will ensure our field roles have the best-in-class experience when it comes to executing the sales process, using our productivity/enablement tools and collaborating together as one team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Create a vision for our sales technology stack, keep pace with changes in buyer and seller behavior and innovations in sales technology. + Partner and collaborate with various stakeholders, develop and design the best mix of sales tools for each seller segment. + Develop, implement, and measure adoption programs to optimize the use and effectiveness of our sales technology stack for Deltek sellers. + Lead sales technology and tool evaluations and implementations. + Manage and measure the ROI on our sales technology stack. + Develop and manage vendor relationships, aligning goals and outcomes for mutual benefit. + Represent the Sales organization on Deltek’s various technology initiatives and committees. + Oversee the day-to-day management of our sales technology stack. + Performs other duties as assigned. Work Location:US DMV Region, US East Coast, US Herndon, VAQualifications: + 3+ years working in a technology company. + Passion for Sales Enablement and cloud technology driving business impact. + Ability to leverage data to solve complex business problems. + Expert in sales workflow, process design, and sales technology tools and platforms. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
