Sr Risk and Compliance Analyst

The Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst supports organizational risk management and compliance efforts. This position involves creating, analyzing, and distributing detailed reports to management and stakeholders, as well as developing and maintaining department dashboards. This role provides data analysis and leverages advanced data modeling techniques to deliver insights and recommendations for organizational risk mitigation and process improvement.

Responsibilities:
+ Create, analyze, and distribute reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
+ Develop, implement, and support department dashboards.
+ Employ advanced data modeling techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate metrics
+ providing insights and recommendations for risk mitigation and process improvement.
+ Maintain accurate and current documentation of risk management and compliance activities.
+ Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of risk management and compliance
+ programs.
+ Enforce data governance standards and manage data feeds for the company’s Risk Management
+ Information System (RMIS).
+ Execute special projects and assignments as directed by the Director of Ethics and Compliance
+ Analytics.

Education and/or Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
+ 3 years of analyzing data, interpreting trends, or related experience.
+ Data analytics or related certification is preferred.
+ Completion of CCEP – Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional within 12 months of
+ employment.
+ Consideration is given to relevant experience and related certification.

+ Demonstrates excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make data-driven
+ decisions.
+ Ability to employ strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and propose
+ innovative solutions.
+ Exhibits compliance with Company policies and adhere to the Rush Driving Principles.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow, and/or other data
+ visualization software.
+ SQL, Python, and/or R experience is preferred.
