Sr Revenue Assurance Analyst

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for data analysis and business case development within the Revenue Assurance Department. This position will be tasked with analyzing data to assist in understanding and addressing complex business issues.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experiencePromote teamwork and cultivate knowledge and integrityAnalyze data from billing systems, provisioning systems, and other data sourcesTransform large sets of data to identify and quantify business opportunitiesCoordinate with cross functional teams to realize benefits of identified business opportunitiesUtilize various software applications to understand how source data is created, changed, used, and transferred between systemsPerform detailed use-case reviews at a granular levelAnalyze structured and unstructured data sets to discover patterns and trendsDevelop management reporting to monitor business trends and growth initiatives; perform trend analysisCollaborate with cross functional teams to identify data discrepancies, issues, integration gaps and opportunitiesCreate presentations for internal and senior managementAssist with the creation and maintenance of financial modelsPerform other duties as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to thoroughly analyze and interpret data with attention to detailAbility to understand business rules and processesHigh level of curiosity and investigative mind-setAbility to think analytically and use data to identify business opportunitiesAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and concise mannerStrong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable management recommendationsAbility to handle multiple projects and tasks independentlyAbility to make decisions and solve problems under pressureAbility to communicate with all levels of management and company personnelStrong knowledge of MS Applications, including use of advanced MS Excel functions a plusFunctional knowledge of financial statements a plusFinancial modeling skills a plusSQL knowledge a plusFunctional knowledge of CSG or ICOMS billing systems a plus


Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business; or related field or equivalent work experience
