Job Description & Summary

In project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

● Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of project tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and tracking project milestones.

● Support Project Planning: Help develop project plans, timelines, and schedules under the guidance of senior project managers.

● Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

● Communication: Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, and

stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about project progress.

● Risk and Issue Tracking: Monitor and report on project risks and issues, escalating to senior project managers as necessary.

● Quality Control: Assist in ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements.

● Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support project needs and resolve any project-related issues.

● Project Reporting: Track project progress and report status to senior management and other stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is a nice to have.

 

Experience

2-3 years of experience in project management or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage

multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Ability to pay attention to details and ensure accuracy in

documentation and reporting.

Problem-solving skills to help resolve issues and challenges in project execution.

Familiarity with project management software

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Understand the importance of have a correct information management

Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
