As a Senior Program Manager in the Anthem Program, you will\nplay a crucial role in guiding and overseeing the successful execution of\nprograms for the Anthem Next Generation Avionics. You will be accountable\nfor managing and delivering on complex programs, ensuring alignment with\nstrategic objectives, and driving program performance. Your strong guiding\nskills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in\ncontributing to the success of Honeywell's customer programs.
You will report directly to the Anthem Program Vice President and you’ll work\nout of our a Honeywell Aerospace Technologies location on a Hybrid work\nschedule.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the software development\nlifecycle for the Anthem program and its load maturity, internal and external\nproblem reporting and resolution, and overall software maturity . \nYou will provide strategic direction, drive program execution, guide teams,\nensure quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data accuracy,\nreporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process\nimprovement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation,\ncompliance, and program excellence. Your contributions will be instrumental in\nensuring the successful execution and enhancement of programs, which, in turn,\ncan contribute to the organization's overall success and performance-driven in\nthe market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and oversee the execution of complex programs
• Develop and implement software metrics reviews\nand load improvement actions
• Ensure the seamless transition of software\nmaturity from development to formalization
• Manage and deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget
• Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
• Work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program\nsuccess
• Provide guidance to engineering execution teams driving alignment\nwith software quality
