Sr Program Manager, Tech- HRIS - Oracle
**About the Role** The Program Manager, HCM Technology role will be perfect for someone with extensive experience in management, development, and execution of HCM strategies related to systems and platforms (HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Headcount Planning) leveraging both SaaS and internally built applications. You will be owning, leading, and developing HCM tooling product strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You will do so by partnering with various stakeholders: all of P&P people partners, Software Engineering, Application Engineering, Data, and Legal. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of People Technology. **What the Candidate Will Do:** - Play a large role in our HCM Implementation by assisting to lead design, partner closely with partners, and participate in change management - Partner to prioritize workloads against available resources, level of impact, and desired business impact - Support vendor relationships - onboarding, renewals, and accountability. Engage in RFPs and contract renewal negotiations where needed - Determine, maintain, and regularly report on success metrics that measure the operational health, performance, effectiveness and efficiency of the systems & tools the team is responsible for delivering - Influence the strategy, implementation, integration, and optimization of the HCM tech stack in alignment with the vision of the People and Places programs, processes, and policy strategies - Partner very closely with People Infrastructure and Business Technology leadership to drive cross-functional alignment with programs and tooling needed to support P&P programs - Ensure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to meet security and compliance requirements across all systems, must have experience in data governance **Basic Qualifications:** - 7+ years of related work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in HCM tool implementation and deployment - Oracle HCM Cloud Highly preferred - Deep experience with HR / People & Places initiatives - understanding of full end to end employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire), HR programs, HR tooling (TA & People Operations) - Experience navigating implementation of new tooling as they arise, this includes integration framework - Curiosity - you're innovative, creative, and constantly looking for opportunities to tweak and optimize **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience managing complex multi-functional projects - Experience with home grown / custom tooling - Oracle System Implementation (HCM / ATS in particular) - Self-starter attitude - you boldly pursue your work and love the responsibility of being personally empowered For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$140,000 per year - USD$155,000 per year. For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
