Sr Program Manager, Enterprise Sourcing & Vendor Management
**About the Role** As a Vendor and Enterprise Manager on the GSS S&P team, you will have an opportunity to drive the supplier strategy, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage new and existing engagements with an Uber partner team. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong communication skills, be able to foster relationships, expertise in negotiation of contract terms and running RFP/RFI/RFQ process with strong problem solving skills **What the Candidate Will Do** - Partner with GSS stakeholders to identify new vendor opportunities, develop vendor strategies, and drive improvements with existing vendors - Conduct pricing and benchmark analysis and evaluation of new suppliers - Negotiate contracts, terms, rates and work with legal teams to finalize contracts - Provide staffing solutions and manage RFX processes with vendors - Manage relationship with internal Uber partners stakeholders - Scoping, Analyzing and proposing value associated with project/program proposals - Gather requirements, create the business case, and determine program/project value / ROI (Return of Investment) **Basic Qualifications** - 4+ years of Program Management experience with a focus in vendor management, sourcing, contracts, and or within relatable field - Bachelor’s degree **Preferred Qualifications** - Excellent verbal, stakeholder management and written communication skills - Experience in sourcing for Language and Tech vendors - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across multiple time zones to develop strategic initiatives and cultivate a cohesive and creative work environment - Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem solving and making data driven decisions - Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
