As Transportation & 3P Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance, innovation and reliability of our Transportation teams, working cross-functionally with teams across the entire Amazon business. Our transportation network is complex, but with your drive and dedication we will achieve continuous improvement through our Carrier partners, Network design teams, improved demand planning & capacity management, volume allocation between air & ground, first mile scheduling, middle mile on time performance, and last mile injection.
You will be accountable for dealing with challenging operational issues, and planning for our peak periods. Reviewing performance, on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. You will have to complete deep analysis of our network and understand our metrics in detail, and have the ability to implement solutions that influence both the short and long-term goals of our business.

• Spearhead partnerships with major logistics providers, shaping the future of delivery innovation
• Be the trusted advisor to Amazon's senior leadership on critical transportation initiatives
• Manage and facilitate Top-to-top strategic meetings
Innovation & Growth
• Pioneer next-generation delivery solutions, including same-day delivery expansion initiatives such as micro-fulfilment
• Lead transformative projects that redefine customer experience standards
• Drive technological and operational innovations across our vast logistics network
Operational Excellence
• Optimize a multi-million euro transportation network
• Drive data-driven decisions through deep analytical assessments of network performance
• Design and implement strategies that balance speed, cost, and quality
Business Leadership
• Lead high-stakes business reviews and strategic planning sessions
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across Amazon's ecosystem
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Fulfillment Centers, Customer Service, and Retail teams
Problem Solving & Impact
• Tackle complex challenges affecting Amazon's transportation network
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Lead root-cause analysis and implementation of systematic improvements
