Sr/ Production and Maintenance Scheduler

The Opportunity:

An excellent opportunity to be a key contributor in the Scheduling team driving the Production, Maintenance and Support teams Schedule for multiple Fill Finish and Finish Goods departments and the departments that support these operations.  This role works cross-functionally within the site and also provides key contributions to the data of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools used by HTO.   Working both with a team and independently, this individual will solve challenges related to End to End scheduling and ERP data.  

The Opportunity:

You will collaborate with suppliers and customers to address system improvement or upgrade topics in areas of End to End scheduling, Warehousing and Distribution.  

You will perform input to management in order to optimize resources and capacity and meet objectives for manufacturing efficiency, inventory levels, and customer service.  

You will be responsible for leading the site production schedule that accounts for production and non-production demand (ie. Maintenance, Validation, Engineering).  

You will be responsible for the creation and continuous update of the HTO Production Schedule to satisfy Global Supply Chain demand and site priorities.  

You will maintain and report production planning assumptions, as well as performance to production schedule.  

You will collaborate with Commercial Value Streams, PLANT, ES&T and Quality to run Lead Time and meet production plan requirements.  

You will implement and improve business processes as they relate to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Scheduling.  

You will collaborate with Finance to incorporate costing as a primary element into optimizing the production planning process.  

You will represent the site on strategic planning initiatives and Operations Planning related-meetings/ forums.  

You will translate business requirements to technical specifications and collaborations with key partners to complete requests.  

You will provide training on usage, enhancements and changes to business systems.  

Who you are:

Production Maintenance Scheduler:

You have a B.A or B.S. degree (preferable in Life Science) or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical industry.

You have 1- 3 years experience  in materials management, supply chain, ERP Data or a related field.  

Sr. Production Maintenance Scheduler:

You have a B.A or B.S. degree (preferable in Life Science) or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical industry.

You have 3-5 years experience  in materials management, supply chain, ERP Data or a related field.  

For both levels:

You have an ability to exercise good judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving.

You have a fundamental solid understanding of supply chain management, safety, quality systems and quality assurance concepts is required including the application of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).  

You possess strong analytical skills and understanding of systems and technical designs.  

You have a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally

You have a demonstrated ability to quickly learn a broad range of skills

You have experience with SAP, ERP or MES

You have demonstrated Project Management skills.   

Safety Considerations:

Work is performed in an office and clean room environment.  Individuals must meet requirements to work in a clean room.  

Relocation benefits are not available for this position.

The expected salary range for a Production Maintenance Scheduler based on the primary location of Hillsboro, Oregon is $62,000 to $115,200.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.

Benefits

The expected salary range for a Sr. Production Maintenance Scheduler based on the primary location of Hillsboro, Oregon is $79,500 to $147,600.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
