As a Sr. Process Engineer ISC here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving process optimization and improvement in our Juarez location. You will be responsible for leading and implementing engineering solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Lead and implement engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and implement improvements
Conduct process analysis and optimization to identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes, coats, glasses, and badges.
Actively participate in daily Tier and Operational Excellence meetings, contributing to discussions and updates.
Propose and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within your area to enhance operational efficiency.
Engage in Rapid Problem Solving (RPS) sessions when necessary, providing input for effective solutions.
Adhere to established Standard Work procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
Follow security protocols and contribute to improving safety measures, ensuring a secure work environment.
Comply with CT-PAT, OEA, and other relevant security requirements, aligned with departmental responsibilities
Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or related roles
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
Six Sigma certification or experience with Six Sigma methodologies
Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced Englished written and Verbal
