Job Description Summary
The Solutions Architect is responsible for analyzing and translating business requirements and technical requirements into an architectural solution blueprint that will help achieve Lamb Weston’s business objectives. This position is responsible for application architecture, solution design, deployment architecture, and integration design, that will help achieve Lamb Weston’s business objectives. This role requires close working relationships with Business and Global Technology Solutions (GTS) stakeholders, internal customers, architecture teams and program offices.
Job Description
Develop solutions and designs that are global, efficient, secure, in line with agreed architecture guidelines and respecting local legacy applications.Partner with business leaders, BRMs and peers to understand the business requirements, recommend solutions including advising on system options, risks, cost vs benefit and assessments of business and technology impacts.Co-develop strategy and roadmap for Enterprise solutions including application architecture, solution design, deployment architecture, and integration design.Bridge the gap between business requirements and the implementation of technology solutions, balancing global and regional interests.Continually researches and applies current and emerging technologies and to propose changes where needed.Work with Infrastructure, Operations, Security, Data and middleware teams, as well as the Support Service Partners, to define preferred technologies and capabilities to drive business strategy.Review business and technical requirements, focusing on solution development throughout the project lifecycle, supporting development and testing activities, evangelizing best practices and proven patterns, and escalating architecture issues and concerns.Prepare presentations, documents, diagrams, models, and other artifacts as required to communicate analysis, recommendations, or designs.Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree usually in Software, Engineering, Computer Science, Math or Information Systems.7+ years work experience in consulting, systems, integration or architect role.Broad and deep Salesforce knowledge both in design and delivery.Knowledge of SAP Order to Cash processes, both in SAP S/4 and SAP ECC, is a plus.Integration knowledge with Salesforce CRM.Must be an expert in analyzing, creating system specifications, and implementing business solutions.Experience working in a global environment with a focus on harmonization and standardization.Project management skillsStrong interpersonal communication skillsAnalytical thinkerNatural interest in new technologies and technical trendsIndustry-Competitive Benefits

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $155,410.00 - $233,120.00
