About The Team
The CoverMyMeds’ Pricing team is an analytical group of professionals focused on precision in analyzing data and making pricing decisions. Reporting to the Vice President of Pricing, the Senior Analyst of Pricing Operations will play a crucial role in managing Salesforce (SFDC) configurations from the business side and unlocking the power of reporting in partnership with the organization. This role will support the SFDC management function and drive data-driven decision-making in our pricing operations. Together with our various business units, the work our Pricing team does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst, Pricing Operations, your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here is a snapshot of what to expect.
Lead SFDC (CRM/CPQ/CLM) configurations and management for pricingMaintain pricing systems with relevant data inputs (e.g. price books, product catalogs and bundles, approval chains)Ensure systems accuracy, and flagging issues to leadership and team as they arise.Maintain infrastructure and data to keep the platform functioning properlyProvide tools and analytics to enable data-driven decision makingDevelop and deploy dashboards to measure and track pricing metrics (e.g. portfolio reviews, win-loss, lookbacks, contract terms execution, pipeline reporting)Support performance management processes through regular reportingWork closely with IT initiatives to build and enhance pricing tools and system managementIdentify and execute training needs and create comprehensive plans to upskill the pricing team on tools, processes, and best practicesProvide financial analysis to assess current and future performance of new, renewals and winbacksActs as a resource for colleagues with less experience by directing work of others without formal management responsibilitiesFrequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods. Employs expertise as a generalist or specialist.Develops resolutions to complex problems that require frequent creativity, while using judgement within broadly defined policies and practices.Working on or leading Pricing or Enterprise project tasks, as assignedMinium Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Decision Science. Typically requires 7+ year’s experience in Pricing, Analytics, or Decision Science, or related field in the healthcare technology industry.Critical Skills
Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) administration and configurationExperience with data mining tools and visualization applications (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasetsExcellent communication skills to effectively translate analysis to actionable insights and tools for sales teamsAbility to understand business needs and proactively identify opportunities to support those needsStrong project management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills
