We are looking for a data-driven leader, willing to think big and invent & simplify, as we continue to experiment with innovative ways to scale our growth in Sub-Saharan Africa. As a Program Manager for Customer Returns and Recommerce, you will have end-to-end ownership of building innovative product solutions to improve the returns experience and provide seamless post-purchase programmatic support. The work will include identifying opportunities, defining/ designing solutions, working with tech teams, measuring impact, and scaling programs. This PM will also own KPIs related to Customer Returns/Recommerce and deep dive key drivers, working closely with stakeholders in Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Vendor Management, Finance, and Legal.

Key job responsibilities
Define and deliver customer-focused product and programs with broad cross-functional business impact
Bring strong, data-driven business and strategic judgment to decisions
Develop business requirements, manage milestones, prioritization, and overall roadmap
Drive automation and standardization cross-functionally
Drive reverse logistics/recommerce PnL
Lead cross-functional programs across Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Vendor Management, and Finance
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
