Sr PEGA Application Developer
Description and Requirements The Senior PEGA Developer designs and develops programs/processes that automate specific business processes by working with various business units/departments to satisfy their requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

Research of production Incidents related to Pega orchestrationsDelivery of Pega run the business backlog itemsDesigns, develops, and maintains complex applications using Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practicesDevelops unit tests and provides code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionalityParticipates in developing specifications such as user stories and designsSolves or recommends solutions for complex issues and problemsAssist in the development of logical and physical specificationsDocuments designs, issues, solutions, tips & tricks as neededProvides after hours support as needed


 Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution with equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience with Pega Software development3 years of hands-on SQL and reporting skills.3 years’ experience in implementing integrations such as REST, SOAP, File Listener, MQ and Error HandlingHave Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) and Pega 8 experience.Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertiseExperience with software architecture and SOA services implementation


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in JavaScript, Node.js and React.jsDevOps ExperienceHealthcare Experience

Hiring Range*:

Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $106,300 - $153,595

All Other Locations (within approved locations): $97,000 - $144,330

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
