Fraser is seeking a Sr. Payroll Specialist that will lead payroll operations and ensure accurate accounting of the payroll cycle.
Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources or related field required. For those with AA/AS degree: 3-4 years equivalent experience or comparable Fraser experience required. 3-4 years of payroll experience including experience with payroll/HR databases (UKG preferred) and report writing, required if BA/BS degree achieved. 5-7 years of such experience required without degree achieved. Lead the bi-weekly payroll cycle, manual or off-cycle payrolls, and transmission of payroll information. Audit and save pre and post payroll reports; research issues or errors and determine resolution. Review and approve all types of employment changes submitted by Human Resources; research and collaborate with HR team to resolve workflow accuracy issues. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the timekeeping system processes and procedures. Establish and maintain Fraser procedures for entering all payroll data and documents into Human Capital Management database. Train Payroll Administrators and act as first level of support regarding payroll tasks. Oversee management of garnishments, child support orders, and payments. Perform year-end/year-begin tasks in collaboration with the Payroll Manager. Perform year-end adjustments as directed.Fraser Offers Benefits for Full-time Employees (30+ hours per week)
