We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, and insight-driven Senior Partnership Program Manager. In this role, the Senior Partnership Program Manager will lead various Partnership/Service program/Filed Marketing programs, to analyze regional Seller needs, identify business opportunities and design national programs and strategies, and drive synergy among Strategic Partner BD/SPN/central marketing/business teams. You will leverage the industry trends and regional government/association/Seller insights for strategy designing, regional program planning and implementation. The successful candidate must be able to work directly, in a hands-on way, with multiple stakeholders and business teams and peers, on multiple projects. S/He needs to be passionate about his/her work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and program/project management skills.
Key job responsibilities
His/her responsibilities include but not limited to:
1) Design and lead national wide partnership programs to scale our partnership and influence in regions.
2) Work backwards from regional voice of Sellers, partner with our regional BD and marketing teams to deep dive and investigate Seller needs, challenges, and then effectively prioritize partnership resources, derive regional insights to senior leadership.
3) Advocate on behalf of China Seller needs, leverage insights from market trends, local nuances, quantitative/qualitative analysis to design partner program, to influence regional policy making.
4) Build strong partnership with central marketing, cross- function business teams, facilitate business reviews and drive alignments.
5) Understand regional across business units, deliver creative and effective product, process, policy solutions.
6) Track and report process integration performance using appropriate metrics, achieve productivity and pre-aligned goals.
