Job Description:

The Senior Manager Business Programs Lead – Sanctions / Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption role leads and acts as business program owner and foremost subject matter expert in the development and implementation of enterprise programs, including design, development, deployment, monitoring, reporting, and resolution for a specialized functional area. 

The specific roles and responsibilities include:

Accountable for leadership, oversight and sustainability of effective 1st line risk programs in Consumer related to Sanctions / Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Addresses emerging risk and threats related to Economic Sanctions, Screen and Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption across Consumer related products and channelsEnsure Consumer 1A adherence to Sanctions/ Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption enterprise policy and standardsConducts horizontal gap analysis of related issues and processes; remediate gaps identified Owns our supports remediation of self-identified, audit identified and/or regulator related issuesConducts targeted QC testing of related processes across the Client Lifecycle Serves as the primary point of contact for the 2nd Line Financial Crimes team for Consumer product and channel related Sanctions / Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption themesConnects dots between Financial Crimes themes, business performance, industry trends, and AML with 1st line Consumer Bank Product and Distribution teams

Education & Experience:
