Sr Marketing Operations Mgr, AWS Marketplace Demand Generation & Lifecycle Engagement
We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Ops Mgr. to join our B2B Marketing team overseeing BizOps & Special Funding Programs. In this role, you will be responsible for working with our team to enhance efficiency using technology, produce forecasting, budget/investment optimization models, goaling proposals, and oversee joint GTM funding programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders in across Marketplace integrated marketing, digital marketing, engineering and ops as well as AWS field and partner organizations to help grow adoption for AWS Marketplace. You will institute analytical rigor across our revenue-operations and will be responsible for providing operational insights and recommendations on initiatives focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth. The role will require a fine balance of data analytics, business analysis, operational rigor and effective communication skills at all levels of the organization.

Key job responsibilities
• Measurement: work between integrated, digital, and lifecycle marketing teams and analytics to build and evolve our reporting roadmap around key measurements
• Business Review Cycle: own our monthly business review ritual across our stakeholder teams (partner/field marketing, product marketing Marketplace engineering, Partner business development etc.)
• Process Innovation: Streamline how we work across stakeholder groups (see above)
• Strategy and Planning: Orchestrate and execute our annual planning process across 30 marketers on our team and hundreds of marketers/business development stakeholders across AWS broadly
Revenue Operations: Manage our team goal-setting, forecasting, and budget & investment strategy
• Program Mgmt: Own and evolve our Marketplace marketing development funding programs enabling partners to accelerate their growth
• Team Evangelism and Representation: Be the voice of our business and an expert evangelist for our teams successes/results, data, and opportunities for strategic integration or growth

AWS Marketplace enables enterprises and startups to optimize how they discover, migrate, procure, and deploy trusted third-party software, data, and professional services as they migrate to and build in the cloud. The AWS Marketplace Marketing team exists to support this growth with global go-to-market (GTM) strategies and programs intended to accelerate discovery and adoption of AWS Marketplace-listed solutions.
