The Sr Manager Marketing is a senior-level manager that proactively leads a team responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This role is responsible for driving marketing initiatives, building brand awareness, and contributing to the company's growth.
**Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:**
+ Manage the execution of initiatives within the segment marketing plan with cross-functional teams.
+ Manage the execution of initiatives across various marketing and platforms.
+ Oversee requirements and technical design for the implementation of new marketing tools and applications.
+ Advocate for and maintain expertise in Dal-Tile Marketing tech stack.
+ Work with stakeholders across the company, including marketing, sales, and IT to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology requirements and design.
+ Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency of marketing operations.
+ Provide training and enablement support to marketing teams to drive the adoption and efficiency of new solutions.
+ Find ways to assess and apply innovative ideas to enhance business results.
+ Collaborate with appropriate technical, legal, and other relevant resources to ensure accurate information is approved and presented by corporate, federal, and/or legal guidelines.
+ Set clear expectations for team members; solicit and deliver feedback.
+ Create opportunities for reports to grow and flourish.
+ Continue to contribute to ongoing function work while overseeing the delivery of multiple projects.
+ Working towards managing deliverables through the work of others and focusing team efforts by using metrics for success.
+ Guide team within the latitude of established company policies.
+ Follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining cross-functional or departmental solutions.
+ Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
+ Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
+ Frequently interact with functional peer groups, other company divisions, or customers of the company.
+ Perform other duties as needed.
**Required Experience and Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
+ 8-10 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 3-5 years of management experience.
+ 3 years of experience in Content Management Solutions, CRM, or PIM systems (Sitecore, Salesforce, Stibo, or Salsify) Preferred.

+ Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
+ Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
+ A high degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
