Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
The position will design and develop tools, jig, and fixtures used in the manufacturing processes ensuring efficient production and high-quality output, often using CATIA software and collaborating with engineers and tooling machinist, to support scheduled and on-time manufacturing and production operations in a safe manner and with quality workmanship.
What you’ll be doing as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
Support scheduled manufacturing and tooling operations by creating detailed drawings and models of tools, jigs, and fixtures using CATIA V6/3DX and ensuring they meet specific design specifications and production requirements.Work closely withengineers, production and tooling machinist to identify design requirements, develop solutions, and implement design changes based on feedback and data.Manage design projects from start to finish ensuring that all design and production requirements are met.Develop gauges and measuring devices.Interpret technical drawings and specifications.Take a proactive approach to continuous improvement including productivity, quality, safety, environmental and ergonomics.Skills You Bring To this Role
