Develops and maintains control over labor standards, routing, and manufacturing versions in SAP for production operations. Ensures compliance with manufacturing processes and identifies opportunities to improve methods or workflows to enhance productivity. Leads technical problem-solving and executes projects aimed at improving assigned processes and products. Responsible for the design and implementation of fixtures and tooling for production lines and cells.
JOB DUTIES:
Drives the development of direct reports, including coaching, training, and performance follow-up.
Facilitates LSW review meetings to ensure alignment with the PEAK system.
Owns process KPIs related to assigned products, including scrap control, yield improvement, rejection analysis, cost reduction, and rework instructions.
Manages NPI execution across all phases, including scrap/yield performance, process improvements, and PSA approval.
Develops and maintains process documentation aligned with manufacturing standards.
Calculates cost savings for automation projects and supports ECO systems with responsible engineers.
Leads validation execution (EPR & PPR phases) for NPI and related collateral processes.
Supports quality systems, including PFMEA, control plans, DFM, and control sheets.
Designs and optimizes manufacturing workstations for existing and new products.
Maintains accurate process capacity/utilization calculations based on production demand.
Updates and manages operational layouts and rework/packaging activities.
Oversees generation and administration of capital projects and investments.
Defines manufacturing methods, equipment, workstations, and tools.
Promotes environmental awareness through training and compliance with operational controls.
Actively participates in 5S+1, safety, and environmental systems as auditor, leader, or committee member.
MUST HAVE:
Full professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
8+ years of experience in manufacturing, including supervisory and decision-making responsibilities.
Proven experience leading NPI (New Product Introduction) projects and familiarity with PMO methodologies.
