Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage maintenance activities for injectable manufacturing equipment and systems.Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues to maintain optimal production efficiency.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support equipment installation, qualification, and validation.Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities.Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, calibration records, and equipment logs.Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and implement solutions.Manage budgets and resources for maintenance activities.Prepare reports on maintenance performance and technical data for planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering,- Electrical or Mechanical Minimum of 15-18 years of experience in maintenance within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with injectable products.Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and maintenance best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools.Strong leadership and project management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
