Now, we’re looking for a dedicated HR Sr. Manager to ensure our people and processes operate to the highest standards.
In this strategic yet very hands-on role, you will lead HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, ethical business conduct, and company policies. You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, overseeing investigations, onboarding and offboarding, and driving HR compliance initiatives. You are also a “working manager,” someone who has significant individual responsibilities in addition to leading and strategizing.
Responsibilities in HR Partnership:
Ensure compliance with Egypt's labor laws and Alorica's HR policies and procedures Resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and fairness Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions Manage employee leaves and other HR-related transactions Audit Social Insurance Registrations and ensuring individuals registered. Perform day-to-day HR administrative duties and documentation. Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters Lead and mentor your HR team, ensuring their professional growth and strong HR service delivery.Requirements
5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices. Previous experience leading a team is a must. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Fluent in English is a must. Ability to influence and collaborate with leadership and employees at all levels. Legal background combined with HR experienceIf you are interested, please send us your CV in English.
