Our commitment to our colleagues across the globe is to provide the resources and opportunities they need to make a difference in our world while building a fulfilling career with us.Location: United StatesReports To: Senior Director, Digital QualityDepartment: Quality Digital InnovationLead digital transformation of QMS using advanced analytics and statistical models.Key Responsibilities:Analyze large, complex quality data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that improve quality outcomes and operational efficiency.Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict quality issues, enhance risk management, and improve decision-making.Collaborate with AI engineers, QMS users, and IT teams to define and prioritize data science projects.Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand quality-related data, ensuring effective modeling and prediction of key quality indicators.Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to monitor quality metrics and model performance.Ensure data science solutions align with GxP and other relevant regulatory frameworks, maintaining data integrity and auditability.Provide mentorship on standard methodologies for data analysis, statistical methods, and data modeling in regulated environments.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.Strong experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning.Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and Matplotlib.Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or custom dashboards.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience working with large-scale data.Understanding of GxP principles, 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards is highly desirable.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Our Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $149,500.00–$199,300.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
