As a key role in Pratt & Whitney's Mature Commercial Engines (MCE) organization, the position of Senior Manager, Aftermarket Material Readiness will lead efforts to drive material delivery performance for commercial aftermarket customers, including Airlines, DAT's, and our Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) network.
In this highly engaged role, you will be pursuing spare material readiness for our aftermarket customers. This will be achieved through analytical assessments and operational execution. By driving new processes and solutions to identify and mitigate emerging new material challenges prior to customer impact, this role is crucial for customer satisfaction and execution of RTX's objectives.
This position is a broadly engaged role to lead material support strategies with cross-functional teams including Operations, Demand Planning, Customer Accounts, Delivery Assurance, Commercial Programs, Industrial, Aftermarket Ops, CAIPT engineering, and more.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Develop near and long term projections to identify spare material gaps before they occur.
+ Lead integration of various stakeholders to identify root cause of early risk conditions, and drive corrective actions to prevent customer material risks.
+ Drive and support adoption of new material early warning processes and tools, including data aggregation and analysis.
+ Coordinate with operations and other key stakeholders to develop mitigation and recovery plans for early risk spare materials.
+ Support ad-hoc analysis requests and present to management.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Bachelor's Degree and 10 years experience to include supply chain, business, engineering or Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include supply chain, business, engineering
+ Commercial Aerospace experience
+ SAP experience
+ U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Project Management and Data Analytics experience
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through task closure
+ Demonstrated experience communicating and presenting to all levels of the organization
+ Experience leading cross functional project teams with influence.
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office products such as Excel, Power Point, Access.
+ Experience with data visualization software packages (PowerBI, Qlik)

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
