HPS Consulting is a new and dynamic internal consulting department within SHS, specializing in project management support, process optimization, and transformation support for internal customers.

This is a remote position, allowing you to live anywhere in the United States as long as you are able to travel 50% to 75% of the time.You take responsibility for establishing and expanding business relationships with internal customers, working closely with their leadership teams to align consulting projects with strategic business and transformation goals.You independently drive the acquisition of new customer projects by identifying existing optimization potentials and actively addressing them through regular exchanges with business unit leaders and decision-makers.You lead global initiatives and projects for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and productivity increases across various business areas, acting as an active partner in strategic planning and operational implementation.You ensure the achievement of project objectives for complex consulting assignments by managing project budgets, resources, and milestones.You regularly conduct value stream analyses, process analyses, and root cause analyses to solve problems and support our customers in designing and implementing necessary optimization measures.You have 10+ years working experience, ideally in different industries.You have 5+ years of consulting and leadership experience in the process consulting environment, either in an external or internal consulting role.You have extensive experience in the implementation of improvement projects in Supply Chain Management, as well as in service and sales environments.You possess strong knowledge of data analysis and are proficient in using reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).You have in-depth expertise in performance improvement from the Lean Management field, such as Kaizen, 5S, and structured problem-solving
