Physical Requirements This position will require sitting at a desk utilizing a computer, mouse, keyboard, and phone for large portions of the day. Shift This is an exempt position, working 40-50 hours per week; Mostly Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; but there will be some evenings and weekends.
Job Summary The University of Kentucky is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Director for the Interprofessional Healthcare Residential College (IHRC), a Living-Learning Program (LLP) within the Office of Residence Life (ORL). This key leadership position oversees all aspects of the IHRC, including leadership, programming, academic support, financial management, and compliance. The Director will foster a supportive and vibrant community for students passionate about healthcare, collaborating closely with UK Healthcare Colleges to ensure student success and well-being.
IHRC, also known as “iRock,” is designed for students from all majors who are passionate about healthcare and offers benefits such as smaller class sizes, healthcare-themed programming, and a strong community of motivated peers supported by live-in peer mentors. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to significantly impact students’ lives and contribute to the mission of the University of Kentucky.
