In partnership with our client, a leading global device manufacturing company, we are actively searching for Sr Level Call Center Support to deliver on our commitment to serve patients.
Responsibilities
Place outbound calls to customers as instructed by the client
Take inbound phone calls from customers.
Triage needs of customers.
Provide in depth customer support.
Handle customers escalated from other call center agents.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience required.
Experience scheduling with customers required
Working knowledge of the medical/hospital setting required
Experienced handling escalated/unsatisfied customers required.
Use of SAP and Salesforce (plus but not needed)
Working knowledge of Microsoft office: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word

The potential base pay range for this role is 28 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
