Senior or Lead Product Manager, Clinical AI Real World Data
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our Clinical AI solutions, centered on the extraction, validation, and application of clinical data from unstructured sources. This role will leverage AI, including large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and cloud services to create scalable systems that support precision medicine, clinical decision support, and data-driven research.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
Design and implement data extraction workflows for processing clinical documentationDevelop human in the loop validation frameworks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Create scalable solutions for operations, clinical decision support and research
Drive product roadmap development and execution
Prioritize features and capabilities based on stakeholder needs and technical feasibility
Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and clinical SMEs
Track and report on key project metrics and milestones
Technical Leadership
Partner with engineering teams to architect robust data processing pipelines
Evaluate and integrate appropriate AI/ML technologies and cloud services
Define data quality metrics and validation protocols
Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy requirements
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare technology
Strong understanding of clinical data structures, healthcare workflows, and medical terminology
Experience working with AI/ML technologies, particularly LLMs and NLP
Experience with FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare data standards
Proven track record of building data processing and validation workflows
Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and healthcare-specific services
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
