Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. **What you´ll do** + Works closely with our Business Development, Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Key Account Management to meet the technical needs for markets within our flexible packaging industry. + Build Strategy and Priorities in line with Bus Dev Vision (leveraging existing platform as starting point). + Manage and steer innovation development programs in partnership with the business development team and field associates– setting project milestones and driving progress to deliver new products/market opportunities. + Connect with external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, research institutes) to support development initiatives. + Regularly influences and contributes to strategy and tactical planning and supports proliferation of break-through technologies. + Collaborates and develops roadmap with global customer design centers and industry experts. + Is the recognized expert in industry trade associations, develops new to the world data/white papers to promote Henkel expertise externally. + Establishes and leverages external networks and partnerships (research/suppliers/OEM/boards/industry) + Develops and manages key innovation/application development programs. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
