WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key clientsIdentify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance resultsDemonstrate proven expertise in key account managementExhibit strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skillsAct as the main point of contact between clients and internal teamsMonitor expenditure vs. budget nd ensure financial targets are achievedDrive revenue growth by expanding client partnerships and identifying new opportunitiesPrepare regular reports on account progress, goals, and forecastsMonitor competitors’ activities and conduct regular market visitsWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Previous experience as KAM with FMSG goods (min 2years)English languageCompetency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applicationsClear driving licenceSkills
