Sr IT\nAnalyst for Honeywell International, Inc. (Atlanta, GA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the\n integrations of the platform with other systems, collaboration with other\n teams to ensure seamless dataflow.
Daily review of User\n issues, first and second level support, including ad-hoc fixing of issues.\n
Customize, develop, and\n optimize Salesforce application by working closely with business owners,\n salesforce architects and members of the development team.
Develop and maintain a\n comprehensive project plan, including scope, timelines, milestones, and\n resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and engage\n contractors or external development teams as needed to execute the\n Salesforce project.
Oversee the vendor\n selection process and contract negotiations.
Act as the point of\n contact and owner of the project, responsible for its overall success.
Monitor progress and\n adherence to project timelines and objectives.
Identify and mitigate\n potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
Develop contingency plans\n as necessary.
Ensure the delivered\n Salesforce solutions meet the established quality standards and business\n requirements.
Conduct thorough testing\n and validation.

Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree or\nforeign equivalent in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer\nScience, Computer Engineering, or related field and three (3) years of IT\nexperience. Full term of experience must include: Customer Relationship\nPlatform “Salesforce.com”; Developer skills including the full stack of\nSalesforce´s developer´s options: APEX, Flows, and Visualforce; Complete\nunderstanding and demonstrated skills related to Profiles and Roles; options to\nrestrict and grant visibility on different levels of the tools; Installation\nand modification of marketplace applications; with Salesforce standard reports\nand dashboards, and CRM Analytics (advanced dashboard functionality offered by\nSalesforce as an addon); and with advanced quoting and billing tools. Up to 5%\ninternational and domestic travel required.
