Title: Senior Integrated Marketing Manager
The Test and Measurement group at Emerson is searching for an addition to our Global Marketing Team who will use their experience in developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns to help us deliver global, business-aligned marketing programs that drive engagement, pipeline and revenue across our customer base! In this role, you will use past professional experience as well as bringing new and creative ideas to assist in the development, execution and reporting of marketing initiatives. Additionally, this role is a strategic liaison to our Business Unit Marketing Leaders, seeking ways to increase impact from our product-focused campaigns to achieve business goals with customers in specific industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductor, Automotive, Academic, and Life Sciences.
Your role will involve coordinating with various groups including Technical Marketing across Business Units, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner & Distributor Marketing, Events, Email Marketing, Paid Media, Creative, Marketing Operations, and external agencies! The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to learn and interested in developing valuable work relationships both within and outside the team, and flex between high-level critical thinking and meticulous project management and execution.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop integrated marketing strategies and priorities to drive demand for NI products and systems Support product launches and coordinate marketing campaigns for maximum market impact on ni.com, sales and partner/distributor channels Recommend strategies to improve outcomes of existing industry marketing plans and opportunities to enhance existing broad based marketing efforts Apply market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for maximization of marketing impact Bring to bear the development of customer-facing marketing materials including campaign assets, web content, social media, email, video, events, paid media, and earned media as needed to support these markets. Help define account-based marketing strategies to drive industry growth across accounts globally Analyze, monitor, and optimize campaign performance; Communicate results and drive continuous improvement Cultivate collaborative, working relationships across critical team members to collectively achieve business objectives and cultivate growth. Partner with Field Marketing to develop industry sales enablement materials to enhance broad-based product promotions to prospects and customers

Ability to use good judgement to consult with various business leader and assist others to drive successful coordinated marketing execution Growth mindset – help do things differently and see opportunity in change Strong organizational skills to lead multiple concurrent projects with good attention to detail – plans span across geos, KPIs and customers. Excellent communication skills – you will work with teams across the globe. Coordination, documentation and clear, proactive communication of successes and failures/takeaways are a crucial part of being successful in this role Analytics expertise – Dive into the details of what is working and why, find actionable insights and strategies for test plans to keep learning to drive successful, evolving marketing plans
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related disciplines 10 or more years related marketing and/or business leadership experience Demonstrated experience developing and executing insight-driven integrated marketing campaigns that drove quantitative results at regional and/or global levels Highly collaborative and adept at leading and influencing cross-functional teams effectively, internally as well as at external partners and agencies Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills in English Willingness to travel (<20%), including international when needed Proficiency with Office 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
