As Sr HSE Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role\nin safeguarding the well-being of our employees, ensuring compliance with\nregulations, and promoting sustainability initiatives by partnering with site\noperations and leadership. You will join a team of site HSE staff and report\ndirectly to our HSE Manager. This is a full time, onsite role at our Plymouth,\nMN location.

The\nsalary range for this position is ($87,200-$109,000). The actual base salary\noffer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education,\ngeography and other relevant factors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct\n HSE risk assessments and applicability analysisIdentify\n HSE process gaps and lead process improvementsEnsure\n HSE compliance to standards and regulations.Lead\n and support incident investigations to determine thorough root cause\n corrective actions (RCCAs)Collaborate\n with various internal and external stakeholders on HSE mattersConduct\n HSE training and serve as an effective coach/ role modelEnsure\n contractor adherence to HSE standards \n

YOU MUST HAVE

3+ years directly responsible for Environmental, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and/or Ergonomics programsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.Advanced degree or certifications in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or Engineering is a plus.ISO 14001 and/or OSHA VPP experienceAbility to work effectively in a self-managed and dynamic environment.Strong oral and written communication skillsExperience in manufacturing
