Sr. HR Services Manager – HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards
Honeywell announced the spin-off its Advanced Materials business into an independent, U.S. publicly traded company. This role is designed to support the spin activities, as well as ongoing support of the newly established company.
As Sr. HR Services Manager you will play a crucial leadership role in managing and delivering high-quality HR services related to the Spin activities for Advanced Materials, primarily in helping to set up their HRIS framework. Specifically, you will be accountable for supporting the transition of the payroll, talent acquisition, total rewards administration, as well as HRIS, data management, analytics, and other related HR services from Honeywell to the newly created organization. Your expertise in these areas will ensure accurate and efficient set up and processing of employee data and compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition and sustainability of HR services for the Advanced Materials spin-off.
You will report directly to an HRS Leader and work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.

A well-rounded HR professional with experience in HR Services, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards is essential for driving organizational success. Your expertise in these areas ensures a comprehensive approach to managing processers and systems, from attracting and retaining top talent to providing competitive compensation and benefits. Your expertise in HR data management and reporting will provide valuable insights to facilitate data governance, system requirements and testing, data transfer with 3rd parties, and other activities. Additionally, your collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency will enhance the overall employee experience and HR administration process overall. This holistic understanding will enable to create a positive and productive work environment, fostering employee engagement and organizational growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Act as the central point of contact for the broader team, overseeing the transition of Advanced Materials onto its own set of HR systems
• Facilitate the spin activities for Advanced Materials, including coordinating the setup of HR services processes and transition activities such as payroll, talent acquisition and total rewards administration, HRIS, data management, reporting, and other related HR services.
• Lead a team of three employees who will serve as subject matter experts in HR Services, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Oversee HRIS data management, including data entry, maintenance, and integrity checks.
• Manage HR systems to efficiently deliver HR operations and enhance user experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on relevant HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to payroll, benefits, and HR data management.
• Develop comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and FAQs to support sustainable operations delivery.
• Manage 3d party supplier performance and adherence to SLAs.
• During the transition process work closely with various stakeholders to gather and document the requirements for the HR systems relative to the future business and organization, partner with IT to execute data mapping and extraction protocols, validate and test system configurations, and develop the necessary training materials to assist with change management.

Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.**
YOU MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of experience in HR Service operations including payroll, talent acquisition and total rewards administration, and HR data management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and benefit plans.
• Excellent insight into HR systems and technology, data analytics and proficiency in HRIS software.
• Proficient in the entire recruitment process, encompassing candidate screening and selection.
• Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and thoughtfulness.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.
• Experience with ADP or other payroll systems.
