Sr HR Generalist
Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityAs a Senior HR Generalist here at Honeywell, you\nwill play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR\nServices function. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations,\nincluding employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and\nHR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure\ncompliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that\nsupport our business objectives.

You will report directly to our HR Services\nDirector and you’ll work out of our Freeport, IL location.

In this role, you will have a significant impact\non the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work\nculture, and supporting the development and retention of our talented\nworkforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage employee relations, including handling\nemployee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Support performance management processes,\nincluding goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
• Partner with talent acquisition team to attract\nand select top talent for the organization
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures,\nand legal requirements
• Develop and implement HR programs and\ninitiatives to support business objectives
• Provide guidance and support to HR team members\non HR practices and regulations

The annual base salary range for this position is\n$82400 to $103200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general\nguideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,\nincluding but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,\nthe candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as\nmarket and business considerations.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws\nand regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.\ncitizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under\nasylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE

3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisitionStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practicesExperience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolutionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
