Your Role:
As a Hardware Test Engineer, you will:
+ Design and Implement Tests: Collaborate with design engineers and manufacturing teams to create and document tests for new products.
+ Develop and Debug: Work on a flying probe test platform to develop and debug custom programming for in-line production PCBAs.
+ Automate Testing: Design and implement test automation software to control products and test instruments.
+ Innovate: Seek out and implement efficient testing strategies to reduce test time and improve coverage.
+ Mentor and Lead: Guide junior engineers and support test technicians with your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop PCBA and end-of-line test plans.
+ Design mechanical and electrical test fixtures.
+ Configure Windows-based test platforms and PC hardware.
+ Maintain and improve current test fixtures and software.
+ Analyze and resolve hardware test issues.
+ Provide training to factory workers on testing and debugging products.
+ Prepare and submit progress reports.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Computer Science.
+ Experience: Over 5 years in a test engineering role, with a focus on designing and implementing production tests for advanced electronics.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (C#, LabView, C++, .NET, Python), and experience with JTAG boundary-scan testing, mixed signal circuit design, and communication protocols (serial, I2C, SPI, Ethernet).
+ Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with flying probe test platforms.
+ Knowledge of audio quality signal test methods and audio network protocols (AVB).
+ Strong understanding of signal quality testing (signal-to-noise ratio, frequency response, harmonic distortion).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00
