Are you ready for a new challenge? The PMO Analyst oversees the NPD (New Product Development) PMO operation. This role reports to the Sr Director for PMO and will work globally across all Business Units, with the main purpose of establishing a largely automated process and tool environment that supports efficient day-to-day NPD execution.
This position is a P3 level
What will you be doing?
The three main areas of responsibility are:
Continuous Improvement
Take ownership of the existing Continuous Improvement Program.Facilitate Quick and Easy Kaizens (QIK)Deploy standard work across the NPD communityScale that program, which exists in one Business Unit, to a global, enterprise-wide ongoing NPD continuous improvement initiativeAutomation of standard work: explore, test and deploy IT and AI tools to automate repetitive work like KPI reporting tasks, reports summarizations and time trackingCreate and deploy standard templates around the NPD process framework, streamline their application for relevant stakeholders and enable back-end data processing to minimize human effortsData and Information Management
Build and maintain an NPD PMO and R&D intranet site as a one-stop-shop for all NPD stakeholdersLead the implementation of an efficient Document Management System for the NPD portfolio and its individual programsSelect and deploy an easy-to-use time tracking system for global R&D, collaborate with the Finance Team on data preparation and reportingOperating Mechanisms
Organize NPD program portfolio reviews, KPI status updates and other global stakeholder meetings, take ownership of the information flow, pre- and post meetings, and manage the format and presentationPrepare quarterly NPD updates with global business partnersTake responsible for the quarterly resource allocation process, work with cross-functional leaders, facilitate the collaboration and report outcome to NPD leadership teamsWhat will you need to be successful?
Education: University degree in a related field.Experience: At least 5 years experience in a global work experience, in a multi-national technology company.Languages: Excellent communication skills in English.Knowledge: Solid understanding of the inner workings of New Product Development organizations.Competence: Self-started, IT-savvy individual with intuitive knowledge about state-of-the-art AI and IT tools and their deployment in a business and R&D environment.Eagerly apply and grow your hands-on knowledge in Industry-standard R&D collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, TFS, Office 365.You.
