Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr Financial Analyst in Dallas, Texas. As a Sr Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in providing data-driven analysis to support our network of companies. You will be interacting with operations and landscaping general managers/operators. This role involves occasional travel for business purposes. Responsibilities: • Utilize strong Excel skills for tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Collaborate with the operations team to provide data-driven insights • Regularly interact with landscaping general managers/operators • Conduct auditing and ensure adherence to accounting standards • Manage capital effectively and contribute to budget processes • Leverage accounting software systems and CRM for efficient work processes • Utilize data mining techniques for business insights • Handle accounting functions and accrual accounting practices • Generate reports using Crystal Reports for better decision making • Utilize ADP for financial services and operations Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential. • Familiarity with CRM systems is a must. • Ability to utilize Crystal Reports effectively. • Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques is necessary. • Capable of performing all Accounting Functions. • Experience with Accrual Accounting is required. • Proficiency in Auditing procedures. • Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential. • Experience with Capital Management is a plus.
