This position will be the international financial business partner of the CALA (Canada and Latin America) region and will assist in leading the businesses’ financial forecasting, performance analytics and strategic financial support. The Sr. Financial Analyst, CALA will also be responsible for driving Canada & Latin America’s Revenue and P&L reporting and analytics as well as preparing materials for International and Corporate management reviews. Other detailed analyses will be required on an ad hoc basis.
Support Director, International Finance by assisting in the CALA forecasting processes including meeting internal timelines, instructions to the team, and providing templates as well as consolidation and analysis for the businessEnsure completeness and accuracy of forecasts in systemsAssist in providing strong analytics to Canada & ANZ leadership via trends and dynamic reporting (incl. historical and current run rates as well as other methods). Creating standardized and effective reports and analytical tools to support commercial partners & International FinanceAssist in the monthly/quarterly close for Revenue and the P&L across CALA and provide analysis of performance (versus budget/latest forecast and versus prior year), latest estimates, and risks/opportunities to the businessesClosely monitor, report, and align with the business on Operating Expenses within CALA as well as drive actions to deliver on budget commitmentsBuild strong relationships, partner closely, and ensure strong alignment with International HQ and global finance divisions providing reporting as necessary for CALAAssist in supporting the short-term and long-term strategies of the CALA businesses including modeling and planning with heads of CALAWorks independently with moderate instruction and guidanceAssist Director, International Finance with other ad hoc items as neededPerform other duties as assignedDESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting required. MBA preferred. CPA a plus.3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting roles including Financial Planning and Analysis and/or BudgetingStrong Excel skills and proven facility in financial modeling requiredDetail oriented; strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills in conjunction with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization are a mustExperience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, OneStream, BPC or TM1 is a plusADDITIONAL DETAILS
This is a hybrid role to be on-site (three days per week on-site, two days per week remote) in our Princeton, NJ office.
