CSA Billing Leader will lead and drive a global team responsible for over $8 Billion dollars of customer billings. The candidate will partner closely with the product line finance, commercial teams, as well as CSA operational teams to drive entitlement, accuracy, & timeliness across CSA contracts. The candidate will leverage LEAN and Process improvement initiatives to eliminate process waste and improve quality.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of billing analyst (8) and Genpact (9) to deliver on contractual entitlement on 180 CSA contracts. Identify pipeline, develop and coach teams and recruit finance talentsDrive completeness, timeliness & accuracy of billings by partnering closely with the services leadership at each product line. The role will also drive the highest standards of controllership, accounting and compliance within CSA billing process.The role will also conceptualize, execute and oversea multiple projects to streamline billing process and improve billing dollars by using LEAN toolkitCollaborate and partner with product line leadership (operations and finance) to deliver on CSA billings entitlement at every product line and the role also works closely with digital technology team to continue on the automation journeyPrepare the monthly reporting package that includes comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for Leadership on PL specific goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum 5 years of experience in FinanceExperience leading a teamAbility to work in a cross functional and global team environment
