Responsible for managing the financial planning cycle: budget, quarterly forecasts and monthly close. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability as well as corrective action plans as needed. Partner with senior management and operational leaders to provide insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Act as a key financial partner to Global, Segment and Region Finance teams as well as operational leaders to providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies and initiatives.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends, variances, and performance metrics.
Partner with Product Finance, Region Finance and USCAN FP&A with analysis of the key P&L drivers: volume, pricing, mix, investments, base cost productivity.
Conduct regular pacing reviews with operational leaders to ensure alignment with financial targets and objectives.
Drive standardization, digitization and process improvement across USCAN in all aspects of forecasting/pacing/reporting.
QualificationsBachelor's degree (Economics, Finance, Accounting) from an accredited university or college, with 8+ years of experience in years of experience in accounting or financial analysis and reporting OR a graduate of GE HealthCare’s Financial Management Program and 6 years of experience in years of experience in accounting or financial analysis and reportingDesired CharacteristicsStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects, influence, and lead teams.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute. Established project management skills.
Strong critical thinking, ability to assess various complex issues simultaneously and prioritize.
Experience and comfort in a matrix environment.
Ability to work independently and without supervision.
Competency in data analysis, building excel reports and presentations
