As a Sr. Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our building automation systems. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our clients, contributing to the seamless operation of smart buildings, and championing Honeywell's commitment to excellence.
You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Augusta, ME location.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain server and network infrastructureProvide exceptional customer supportExecute work orders to meet customer satisfaction of service deliveryDeploy, diagnose, repair and maintain Honeywell systems and solutions according to specifications and industry standardsProvide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on system usageMaintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs. Complete service reports and documentation in a timely mannerCollaborate with other technicians, engineers, and customer support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and support to clientsAcquire security and other clearances as required by customer

YOU MUST HAVE:

Associate of Science degree in a Computer Science, or Information Technology related field or 3 years of relevant experience2+ years of experience with virtualization, networking, servers, storage, and enterprise application2+ years’ experience working within field service environmentKnowledge of completing preventative maintenance on automation systemsAbility to troubleshoot, conduct repairs, and work independentlyValid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell
