Sr Field Service Supervisor

Supervise a Field Service Engineering team. You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop future managers.

Key Responsibilities

Job will include 50-75% travel to various manufacturing sites throughout the US. Supervise team activities and performance. Direct 10-30 IQO personnel across various projects. Serve as primary point of responsibility for contractor production and feedback. Collect and report performance metrics. Develop team and team members. Identify opportunities for process improvement. Assign and supervise project work. 

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience in the conveyor project or related industrial industry required.Electrical experience is required. 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory roleValid driver's license. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a teamStrong interpersonal communication skills (including listening, speaking, and writing) and the ability to work well in a diverse, team-centric environmentStrong computer and Microsoft Office skills to generate reports and communication out to management.Exposure to and experience managing budget-related deliverables (timecards, expense reports, project budgets, etc.)Experience working with HR leaders to manage personnel activities and initiatives
