Job Overview
Come join our CEO Chief of Staff organization! In this role, you play a critical role in influencing and aiding strategic initiatives across the company and of executive strategic importance. Within the Chief of Staff team, you support the executive's external and board-facing engagements, leading development of all materials and intelligence to support successful presence in those forums. This is an individual contributor role with heavy collaborative and advisory emphasis, both within the Chief of Staff team and with leadership across the entire company. In addition to leading the development of executive-facing content and briefing materials, you are accountable for building and maintaining an interaction strategy for how the executive should work with various external partners and customers. This role brings a tactical approach and drives accountability and alignment on key priorities on behalf of the organization. This role requires a high degree of discernment, discretion, urgency, and strong project management skills.

Job Responsibilities:Autonomously delivers – or partners to deliver – on all internally developed materials (slideware, talk tracks, background details, logistical details) used by the executive for engagements with external partners, the Board of Directors, or internal executive (VP+) audiences.Works closely with executive leaders and teams across the enterprise to ensure ongoing intelligence about critical enterprise workstreams; accountable for Business Intelligence practices within the Chief of Staff team, supporting peers with key insights, establishing standard processes, and briefing the Chief of Staff on relevant/emerging matters.Facilitates collaboration with Business Units, Investor Relations, and Corporate Functions in relation to inputs and outputs to delivered workAccountable for the executive's external networking strategy, serving as subject matter expert across a portfolio of relationships; builds a methodology for archiving key details, advises the Chief of Staff on valuable external engagement opportunities (and by extension the company), and supports reactive or proactive outreach and correspondence with top executives at other companies.Interfaces and partners with a broad base of Chief of Staff office members and key functional experts, expertly navigating the nuances of relationships and business ownership/authority across an array of functions.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; Masters preferred.7-10 years progressive experience and responsibility in corporate strategy, planning, strategic operations, process design, or other strategic roles.Experience supporting an enterprise-level senior executive or other high-profile executive-facing role.Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively internally, upward, and cross functionally. Can articulate visions, strategies, ideas, and proposals clearly and concisely.Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, particularly modeling; strong bias towards data-based decision making.Demonstrated ability to lead financial elements of the business, including budgets. Ability to measure, evaluate and act on financial and operational results.Strong organizational skills. Shown understanding of successful organizations. Thrives in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve.Proven track record to work across organizational departments and develop strong relationships across a company.Comfortable working and leading in an environment of uncertainty and complexity, seeking solutions and problem solving.

Base Pay Range: $109,600 - $197,800

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
