Sr Enterprise Customer Service Specialist - ITFrom sample to knowledge to results, the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry business develops and manufactures pioneering chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments, consumables, and software solutions for customers working in analytical sciences and scientific research. Our complete workflow solutions enable productivity and efficiency for customers in a wide range of industries, including food and beverage testing and manufacturing, environmental and industrial testing, biopharma QA/QC, toxicology, and anti-doping.
How will you make an impact?We are looking for an expert and motivated IT Enterprise Software Client Services Specialist focusing on our innovative Laboratory Informatics Products. The right candidate is someone who enjoys helping customers implement digital technologies and scientific software to aid them in their important work like developing and manufacturing vaccines, discovering novel therapies for cancer, protecting the environment, or ensuring our food and water are safe!
What will you do?Be a critical piece to implement our Enterprise Software in our customers laboratories, responsible for providing professional services for our platform for both on-premise and cloud infrastructure by drawing on strong Linux, cloud and networking experience.
You will partner with our customers to guide them through the technical implementation stages of an Enterprise software deployment, collaborating with and educating the customers IT representatives in the requirements for a successful project.
You will be working closely with Product Development, DevOps, Network and Security Engineers to help build a solid cloud native platform based on feedback from our customers.
In this role you will use problem solving techniques such as in-depth packet/protocol level network traffic analysis for fixing complex system issues and optimize performance.
You will also evaluate and build tools and documentation to improve automation and reporting around networking and related systems.
Required Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a proven foundation in both Linux system and network administration with a security-centric approachStrong Linux shell experienceExperience supporting applications in an on-premises and cloud environment in either Azure, AWS or GPCExperience with virtualization and container technologiesSolid grasp of networking, firewalls, load balancing, and applicable administration methodsDemonstrated knowledge/skills of the IT industry which includes: multi-tiered architectures, enterprise applications, evaluation of new technologies, networks, data management systems and hardware systemsKnowledge of Internet protocols and services including DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SMTP, and HTTPWorking knowledge of Kubernetes based deploymentsDesired but not requiredKnowledge of various authentication and authorizations protocols such as SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, 2FA/MFA, OTP/TOTP, WebAuthn, etc.Knowledge of security standards related to PKI, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, 2FA/MFA and Federated IdentityKnowledge and experience solve transport protocols (TCP/UDP), Switching, Routing (OSPF/BGP), and Multicast (PIM/IGMP)Benefits Slovakia:
